There has never been a better time for Washingtonians to re-discover their Seattle waterfront! Attractions are open, restaurant patios are serving, and nearby parking lots have plenty of spots. With the newly re-opened sidewalk in front of pier 62, you and your family can walk easily from the Seattle Art Museum Olympic Sculpture Park to the Seattle ferry terminal without crossing a street! It’s the flattest and longest uninterrupted stretch of sidewalk in the city. Be sure to look for salmon fry, jellyfish, and seals (maybe an errant Orca) in the clear water.
