He has overseen the label and grown it exponentially since he began in 2009 with artists from Dan + Shay to Kenny Chesney.  He talks about taking Blake Shelton from a point of almost getting dropped to being a super star. Espo is already credited with jump starting the careers of Hunter Hayes, Brett Eldredge, Cole Swindell and many more. He talks about the behind the scenes of running a record label, the advice he offers artists and what he will do after leaving Warner.
