Her life looks very different now…so she wanted to dedicate this episode to YOU living your best life this weekend by giving some tools to take with you to the celebrations/parties/BBQs. She goes over 5 food tips for the holiday weekend (hint: starts with eating breakfast!!!) and went over a list of foods that are bad for you (spoiler alert: it’s foods that you’re allergic to, or have mold on them because foods are neither good nor bad).
