OUTWEIGH: Advocating for yourself in a gracious way during recovery is totally okay. Amy & Dylan talk through some ways you can respond to diet talk. Also, why do people put up “what I eat in a day” posts?? Our advice: unfollow or mute those accounts…they are not helpful in recovery! They wrap by sharing how to recognize a binge and shut it down. Eating disorder thoughts still pop up in recovery…hopefully fewer and farther between.
