Kane Brown Performs ‘STAND BY ME’ to close ‘CMT Heroes Special’

Kane Brown closed out the CMT Heroes Special with a breath taking rendition of ‘Stand By Me’ originally recorded by the late Ben E. King.

Sitting alone on a barstool in an empty room respecting social distancing Kane captured the at home audience by storm. The ‘Cool Again’ singer smiled as he started the song. In a world suffering right now on all ends we need to come together as one and Kane Brown reminded us how to do that through a song.

It gave us all straight goosebumps and chills, not only did it strike our hearts but it opened our eyes to a time where we can’t be silent and we can’t be blind. We are one nation who must love one another and stand together to get things done. Thank you Kane Brown for giving us this beautiful Rendition.

About Ryder

Born and raised in Washington and I’m proud to call this place my home. I grew up dragging brush for my dad's tree service while listening to the radio. Those are some of my fondest memories as a kid. Being on a country radio station in Seattle is a chance to bring some of that joy to the greater Seattle area!
