Technician: Functions as a skilled-level technician who is able to perform diagnoses and repairs in all areas, in addition to being specialized in particular areas of repairs.
Title Clerk: Processes car deals. Verifies costs for the accounting department, including the costs of reconditioning and equipment add-ons.
Billing Clerk: Prepares invoices and bills and compiles data for the dealership.
Sales Associate: Sells/leases new and used vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards.
Service Advisor: Determines needed service and/or repair work by thoroughly questioning the customer about the vehicles performance. Gives customer an estimate of cost and time to complete repairs. Sells any other repairs that the technician sees after inspecting the vehicle.
Sales Lot Attendant: Support dealership productivity by washing, receiving, inspecting and/or delivering vehicles as needed. Maintaining clean, safe, professional premises at all times and assisting sales staff and customers as needed.
Finance Manager: As a Finance Manager your goal is to produce additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs, and other appropriate after-sale items, to new and used vehicle customers.
