Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Generate documents for each vehicle transaction
Liaison with financial institutions and clients
Assist clients with signing documents
Ensure each transaction is completed professionally and in a timely fashion
Ensure clients are completely satisfied prior to leaving
Track each file to completion

Minimum required skills:
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects
Must maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policy
Superior written and verbal communication skills and customer service
Respect for, and discretion of, sensitive customer information
