He started out in 2020 on TikTok just posting videos of his custom lifted trucks and then got attention from record labels and management after one of his songs went viral.  Bailey talks about how he’s had to learn everything in such a small amount of time, getting to play his first shows and how his biggest inspirations are rock star frontmen.

Tyler talks about how his perspective on creating music has changed over the years, why he signed to a new record label and what to expect from his set opening up for Keith Urban this fall. He also gives a timeframe on when to expect more new music and his first solo album.

JT Harding  has written 7 No. 1 songs for artists like Kenny Chesney, Uncle Cracker, Keith Urban, Darius Rucker and more. He started out wanting to make it in rock which led him to working as the assistant to superstar rock band Linkin Park. He shares with Bobby what it was like to grow up adopted and finding out his dad was a famous actor and radio host. He also shares the most personal story he struggled with including in his new book, Party Like a Rockstar. He is also having a contest for adopted folks who want to be a songwriter in honor of National Adoption Month.

#354 – Lesly Simon on How She Became the General Manager of Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood's Record Labels + Being Diagnosed with Breast Cancer + Taking Coldplay Out to a Bar Before They Were Famous

Lesly Simon is the General Manager of Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood’s record labels, Pearl Records and Gwendolyn Records. She has over 25 years’ experience in the music industry that include jobs from assistant to radio promotions. She talks about her rise in the music ranks in Nashville that lead her to getting the job on Garth and Trisha’s record labels. Lesly shares that in June 2017 she was diagnosed with breast cancer just shortly after getting that new job. She talks about how she has stayed positive even after being told her cancer has returned. 

Lesley is being honored by the American Cancer Society Hope Gala in Bham and is currently raising money for cancer research and patient programs.
