Fourth of July in Carnation Parade and Fireworks

JBLM Freedom Festival 11 a.m. – 10:30 p.m. at Cowan and Memorial Stadiums on JBLM Main. The fireworks display will start at 10 p.m. The event is free and open to the general public.
