TravelChair Company – e-Commerce Marketplace & Amazon Account Specialist


We are seeking an energetic and detail oriented individual to manage our e-commerce listings and marketing with an emphasis on Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon Seller Central. Duties will include creating and managing listings, SEO, advertising campaigns, onboarding new product, evaluating current content, customer reviews, and sales analysis. The focus will be on growing our business across all major online marketplaces. This is a full-time position with benefits.

• Responsible for creating and monitoring new product listings to obtain top quality listings including great copy, graphics and product images
• Operate the Seller Central and Vendor Central platform on a daily basis to ensure the products are generating sales and moving up in product category rankings
• Manage customer reviews
• Develop a marketing calendar and strategy for expanding brand exposure
• Manage and analyze PPC conversion rate and ROI of sponsored ad campaigns Onboarding new clients and product set-up.
• Tie marketing campaigns in with social media platforms and email marketing to end users
• Create product detail pages through web platform
• Manage current assortment listings and new product uploads – picking, editing, resizing photos
• Create product collections based on themes, current events, holidays, etc.
• Actively & consistently research and monitor other retail eCommerce websites and analyze changes that can be made to enhance our brand
• Evaluate content performance
• Solve account related issues weekly, including chargebacks
• Prepare weekly and monthly business performance updates
• Pull and scrub reports from market places, translate findings into insights and actionable growth tactics
• Develop keywords and execute strategies for keyword opportunities to increase sales and communicate with end customer on low score reviews
• Implement Amazon banners
• The right candidate will be able to manage current accounts while also identifying new customers

• 2+ years experience with Ecommerce Sales; preferably with Vendor Central & Seller Central
• Additional online marketplace experience helpful, including Overstock, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Hayneedle, IVG, Wayfair, Cabela’s, Bazaarvoice
• PPC & SEO experience
• Ability to work independently and with little direction
• must be comfortable with the learning curve and constant change that comes with operating in the fast moving, ever changing world of eCommerce
• Must be able to prioritize and be comfortable with ongoing projects
• Must be a team player
• Must be willing to pitch in when needed and help us in building processes
• Comfortable in spreadsheet and analysis
• Exercise honesty and professionalism in all things
• Excellent written and verbal skills
